My children are getting an excellent education at Woodridge. The fact that they are in the same building with all of the kids in their grade from Kindergarten through graduation is great.

Being a student at this high school, I really believe I got the best education here. The college prep courses in math and English both prepared me for what I'd face in the college setting. Plus these C.P. classes were open to all. The school did show some bright spots in athletics while attending there, but it was diverse nonetheless. In retrospect, the administration was smart in adjusting to the growth the school experienced by building on more space, hiring more teachers like for Spanish, and thankfully installing a real sound system in the gym for live performances. Compared to other high schools I hear about, Woodridge was and is a relatively small school, but I think that quality does work towards an advantage.

We love this school! I am a parent with three kids. Each of my kids have experienced wonderful teachers who motivate them to learn and be their best. We are thankful for teacher leadership and the focus on character and academic scholarship. This school is kid lead with teacher support. My kids are motivated and enjoy going to school. As a result they do well academically.

We have run across so many teachers that go above and beyond the classroom requirements. My daughter was really prepared for college

The teachers are exceptional and take a real interest in every child they have in class. They have a wide range of courses, and the teacher to student ratio is very good. Emphesis are on acedemics, but their athletic programs are doing very well. in most cases, programs such as cross country, track and field, baseball, wrestling, basketball(both programs) and football. The one program that may need a change, may be girls softball. As with any school, there are a few issues that I would like to see addressed. Everything considered, I am very happy my children go to Woodridge.

I could not get very involved as a parent because of my responsibilities but my children received a great education at woodridge. Many of the teachers have great relations with their students and are good role models. With the budget being cut by half due to the levy, art music and choir were still good but could have been better. I am not familiar with sports to be able to judge sufficiently. All the foreign language teachers work hard to produce the international childrens fair and are plenty of clubs for all teenagers to get involved.
