Fairland High School

school has been named a school of exellence for many years in a row, school has had many district championships in amny diffrent sports with many track, wrestling members go to state.

Both of my children children graduated from Fairland. Both were honor graduates. It is clear that teacher interest and enthusiasm contributed to their achievements. The school prides itself in maintaining stellar test scores; consistantly rated among the highest in the state. There are plenty of extracurricular activities. With the upcoming completion of Ohio University Proctorville Campus, entry level college courses will be offered to further challenge gifted students. Simply put. Fairland offers an atmosphere of learning and fun in a wonderful new and modern facility.

I am very proud to say that both of my children have gone through school at Fairland. My daughter graduated in 1999 and my son will graduate next year. My husband and I both graduated from Fairland as well in the 1970s. I also feel that my children are prepared to go into the world. Fairland boasts one of the best Fine Arts programs in the state of Ohio for the size school it is. Fairland is also ranked in the top 12% in the state of Ohio in academic achievement, the only one in the county to receive this honor. I would highly reccomend Fairland schools to anyone.
