feels oppressive overall. feels like staff, students and parents aren't liked or heard unless you are a member of an elite group.

I beleive the Principal and Vice Principal do a nice job keeping the children focused on doing the right thing. The school offers many programs, clubs, sports and social activites to encourage socializing and community support.

I am a handicap parent with special needs children. They have done extremely well at this school. The teachers are fantastic, and i have had the best support from the principal and assist. Principal. They are also prompt when returning calls. I believe the iep meetings are very well organized. Everyone has always been eager to help at brown middle school

The teachers are great but for the principals get rid of both of them. They are very rude to the parents and the students . Not very good role models for the students.

My daughter has been enrolled in two other Portage Cty. Schools before, we are very thrilled with Ravenna.

It has some very good teachers but the principals are very below average.

In my experience the Principle and her assistant are the bane of this school's existence. It appears to me that this team is there to boost their own ego's and diminish anyone who disagrees with their tactics. I feel that the staff is wonderful but beleaguered by the 'leadership'. I feel that the Children are not the priority of this school and many are unfairly punished. My children will not attend here!
