Lewis Elementary is a fantastic school. Both of my children have enjoyed this school and its many extras such as spirit days, student/parent breakfasts, a spring carnival, ice cream socials and holiday parties throughout the year. The teachers are very involved with their students as is the principal. The parent volunteers are helpful as well. It is truly a community school in that so many are involved to help all achieve.
My daughter came to this school from an inferior school district. She was welcomed and her teacher made sure she was adjusted and caught her up. The principal there is warm, friendly, and attentive. I am impressed with the way that Lewis School does not let little problems become major ones. Lewis has many classroom volunteers and a strong PTA. Thanks to the PTA, there is an ice cream social and many amazing activities. The teachers at Lewis are fantastic, creative, and warm. Thank you Lewis for a great experience for my daughter.
