I had two children ( 7 years apart) go through Somerset Elementary. From the time my first started 1997 until the time my second got out 2010, I had nothing but a positive experience with the school and faculty. You will not find a more caring, loving group of teachers. They are devoted to their students. Mr. Saunders is a wonderful Principal, he will be missed when he retires. He takes the time to get to know each child not just the ones sent to the office for problems and I'm pretty sure he knows each of their names. I would recommend Somerset Elementary very highly!
I think somerset elementary needs more teachers that care about our childrens education and not to single out children that are not at there standards give our children more time to see who they are dont make them a statistic.
The teachers are great, dedicated, and always smiling! I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to send my child to Somerset Elementary School!!
