The school is average in education. I gave it a "below average" because it doesn't fulfill its mission as a "Catholic school." In that regardm the education isn't worth the expense. The kids use many of the same textbooks as the public schools. The environment isn't what we expected from a Catholic school because it lacked in teaching faith and morals.

This school is awesome! The school may be older but money is spent in the areas that count-education-! We are not Catholic and after looking at all the private and public schools in this area, this school was the perfect fit for our family. My children are thriving in their classes which is a huge improvement from their previous school.(One has minor learning dissabilities) This school is warm, welcoming, has an active schedule , and the teachers go above and beyond where education is concerned. Check it out and I promise you won't be dissapointed.

I attended this school for 9 years, kindergarten through 8th grade, and graduated in semi-recent years. While there were numerous things that left little to be desired, the school was not AS bad as some of the posters are making it seem. Most of the students from my St. Teresa class excelled in high school and were distinguished members of the class. I made wonderful friends, and am still friends with most of the members of my STS class. I made some great memories there, and I must have learned something, considering I did well in high school. I will admit, discipline was a bit of a problem, and some classes were kind of a joke. I don't regret going there though; I think I turned out ok.

The cost has increased significantly, but the building remains run down! This year has been a horrible year for my third grader. I would not recommend this school. Now, I understand why enrollment has declined in the Catholic schools. Someone needs to wake up and make changes or enrollment will keep declining. I an uncertain how many children will return to the new Catholic Elementary. But, I do know my two boys will not return. We pay alot in property taxes. Why pay the high tuition at the Catholic Schools? What do we get in return? It depends on the teacher how often the children receive religion class, the teachers are biased and the school is falling apart!

I have had only good experiences with this school. Catholic Education in this town continues to be miles ahead of the rest. Other postings are likely from students without parental supervision.

The children have NO manners and no knowledge of anything. also, the environment is unhealthy. the gymnasium ceiling is crumbling, even after various attempted repairs. the plaster from the classroom ceiling is crumbling down and accumulating on the windowsills. the girls bathroom is ATROCIOUS! there is a 12 inch hole in the ceiling, the soap dispenser is encrusted in brown gunk, and the sink faucet only stays on if you hold it down. and the 5th grade girls write bad things on the stalls. the boys bathroom has no doors on the stalls, and they used to have shower curtains, but the 5th grade boys tore them down. all in all, its a horrible school! dont go there!

An overall bad school. The teachers are unkind. The principal has no control over the school. The building is in terrible condition. I plan to remove my 4 children from that school at once.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
