I went to school here as well as my children. Best school in the Ohio Valley. Not only the best in academics, but good sports teams also. Football is a big part of this district, but the education you receive here is great. I recommend this district to anyone moving to the valley.

This is a 'nice' school compared to others in the area. But if you venture outside of this area/state you would find how far behind they are in what they teach for each grade level. The text books are old and falling apart. My kids complain that they are being taughtthe same material they learned last year in a different state. Now granted I was told that there was severe budget cuts but trust me...the football program here andin surrounding schools are going very strong. The football team is what helps fund some other areas within the school! We can't get updated books for our kids to learn from but the football team has great uniforms and a packed stand every football game! Something is defintely wrong here! They need to combine several of these 'little' schools in an effort to offer more to the kids in this area.
