Ledgemont Elementary School

This school is making moves in the right direction. My child currently attends the k-8 building. Parent involveent is encouraged. The teachers are great and the students are a step above! I think the district is aking good moves by offering a full tie preschool program and full tie kindergsrten. Also, the kindergarten teacher is AMAZING!

I feel the elementary school has a lot of really good teachers but there are a lot of problems with children being bullied and not enough being done within the school. I also feel that the high school is not up to par and my children will not attend there.

This school is in desperate need of discipline and respect. After school activities run amuck, this is the first year my child attended and will be the last year! He is in 5th grade and the children at this school are unruly and disrespectful...someone needs to get a grip!

My son has attended Ledgemont schools for 4 yrs now, the teachers are great. They are always available to parents anytime. The administration is equally good.

I am a parent of a child at this school, I feel it lacks continuity with teachers, communication, & sports involvement for young kids. As a parent I am heard with regards to compliments & complaints but there is no follow through. Parents are encouraged to be involved.
