My child went to this school for four yr. She had great and wonderful teachers and a tudor that went beyond the call of duty. But thats what you can except at Arlington. GREATNESS! I'm sad this year that I took her out and put her in a school closer to our home. If I ever fine a good school like Arlington you can bet I will fine a way to get her there. a parent

Arlington Elementary is a wonderful place for children. Teachers are professional, caring, and capable. The school is rated 'excellent' by state standards. Equally important are the extra-curriculars. Students are provided opportunities for athletics, scouts, clubs, etc. There is a great deal of parent and neighborhood involvement. This is a school that truly values the parent/professional partnership. We have had two children move through Arlington and would recommend it to anyone. Our children happen to be gifted. We know children at Arlington who are learning disabled. No matter what a child's individual needs might be, the Arlington staff will meet them. Students are supported, encouraged, and educated. Isn't that what we all want for our children?

This school is great! This coming year will be my sons 3rd year and the teachers and staff are incredible! I couldnt ask for a better school experience. Just wanted to say thanks to all the great teachers and say how much i appreciate all that they have taught my son and that i am so very proud in all his accomplishments and how much he has learned and i know alot of that has to be accredited to the wonderful caring teaching staff there! Keep up the good work! I look forward to the next school year as much as my son.

Wow! This is one of the understated, underrated gems of a school I have ever encountered. I find that it compares with every possible option in the area, public private, and charter. Its teaching staff has been absolutely top notch for the last fifteen years that we have had all four of our children move through it. This year the school is in transition physically as a new school is preparing to be built on the site of the old one. Best experience we could have had with our four children...any chance it could go K-8 and give our youngest two more years? Parents need to check this school out!

I just love Arlington School! I cannot say enough about the well-qualified and caring teachers. So many of Arlington's teachers have many, many years teaching there. Arlington teachers are always encouraging students to do their best and give great recognition to those students that improve. The level of parental involvement is outstanding and everyone is so nice. My 3 children attended Arlington (well, one is still attending) and I only wish the elementary school that I attended (in Rossford school district) would have been more like Arlington! I am so glad to be a part of the Arlington family now.

So far I like the school. I think the world of the principal, he is so dedicated to the kids. As far a parent involvement, I see a lot of it but like myself I have volunteered and she has yet to ask me to help.

This is a great school when it comes to academics, music, art, sports etc., and parent involvement. It doesn't get any better. Parents are welcomed and encouraged to volunteer. Teachers are accountable and experienced and the staff is very friendly. What an academically and developmentally rich environment for my grade-K students to start with. The principal is a bit of a 'mighty mouse' but the school is great. Thanx Mrs. Vogel, Mrs. Acosta and Mr. Beavers.

I give Arlington school a 5 star rating! Arlington provides an excellent foundation for students. I have been thrilled with the caring teachers, especially Mrs. Gordon in the first grade. My child experienced education in a positive, encouraging, nurturing environment. He was given a strong reading curriculum which enabled him to succeed and feel good about himself and learning. His teacher encouraged family involvement. My child is thriving at this school. The close-knit community of Arlington is one that cares that each child is counted, each is important. I encourage you if you are looking for a principal, teachers, and staff who are in the truest sense 'educators', then this school is for you!

All 3 of my children attended this school,2 are still attending.I am ,myself, a former student of this school.Arlington was the best back in the 70's and it is in my mind, still the best elementary school around.I myself had Mrs. Lee, and Mrs. Rideout, who I consider to be the best teacher A child could experience. Thanks for all the great memories from the past to the present, for which I get to watch my children attend a great school.
