I love the teachers at this school! My daughter had the best help and guidance to becoming a better student here! She was at a charter school before, which sucks! Teachers are not even certified by the state, awful. THANKS KEYSER! GREAT SCHOOL CHOICE!
My son is a 3rd grader at Keyser and he is failing tremendously. He came from a catholic school doing very well. And now his grades are causing him to have to repeat 3rd grade. He will be going back to his previous school were he can get a great education. I also attended this school from 4th thru 6th and it was nothing like it is now. I would recommend every parent to try charter or private. Toledo public are not want they used to be.
I went to this school when I was there in 4th and 5th grade. It wasn't a great place to be. The teachers that were there at the time were the best thing they had, but they had been going through principals like it was a joke. They had a new one every year I was there. I was almost suspended by the new principal of the year because a kid pulled my hair. It isn't a fun place to be. The only good thing they had going for it was that they started teaching German at Kindergarten. I don't know if they still do, but they did when I was there.
well, this school isnt the greatest school of all time. but it is great. i was at Keyser from 3rd-5th grade. i have to say i got all A's these years because of KEYSER ! - ILOVEE IXTT. -I MISS ELEMENTARYY !
I have mixed emotions about this school, but overall I do not like. I'm trying to send my childen to a different school 911. This was my childrens first year there and it was a tremendous decline in their grades, and I do believe the curriculum and the whole environment is what effected the drop in their grades. On the other hand I do have to give them credit for trying to educate somewhat, guess they're just doing ther job.
I thought keyser was the best choice for my daughter, It turns out it was the worst mistake I've ever made Do not send your child to this school. The administration targets children.
The academic programs is seriously lacking. Education is not a top priority. As far as art, music, sports and other activities there is little to none. The staff is uncaring and there is a pattern of bully behavior within the class that no one tries to fix.
