This school is not a very good school for kids that are trying to excell in their lives. Multiple gangs, most teachers do not care, students do not care, students rarely attend... some teachers on the other hand are GREAT! For example Mr. Jarvis the math teacher was the best teacher i have ever had in school

My experience from Waite was so-so. Half the teachers are amazing and the others were terrible. The administration goes from strict to lenient depending on the student and situation. However, the traditions and students were amazing and I loved my experience.

I believe Waite was a great school. I really learned alot from the yenricks. The teachers there really believed in me and helped me get to where i am now.

I went to Waite all 4 years of my high school career, and let me tell you I HATED it!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this school. The principal is a jackass, theres only a handful of teachers that actually care, and the kids are very disrespectful! The only good thing about this school is there extracurricular activities.

This is by far the top high school in the Toledo public schools. My son may not have had the chance to be graduating from high school had it not been for the caring staff and tremendous friend support he had there. Here's to another great 4 years with my second child.

I am also a student of Waite High School c/o 2005, however I have not attened Waite all 4 of my high school years. I attended Cardinal Stritch for my first 2 years, and when I look at the two schools; Waite has a lot more to offer. The teaching and our chances to learn are a lot more hands on at Waite, you meet different people every day, and you get out of your education what you put into it just like at any other school. I love Waite and I'm glad that I made the transfer.

Well I'm no teacher, I'm actually a student, c/o 2005. The past three years of my attendence there were the greatest. After speaking with acquaintences who attend local private schools, I come to the conclusion that Waite most definately provides a greater education, more activities, and a healthy and safe environment. Yeah, you can send your child to to Central Catholic or St. Johns Jesuit, or Notre Dame, but why waste 25-30,000 dollars for your child's education, when he/she will get the same one at Waite. Great teachers, great principal, great staff.
