My son attended Walbridge from K-7 (when they had their only and first year of the 7th grade). All went well for him. Most of the teachers are great and caring. The principle is personable and compassionate. However, my daughter was having difficulites with another girl in her class. She started Walbridge in k and was in the 3rd grade when I pulled her from the school because of the constant problems with the other girl in the class. She started hating school and this was not good, considering she was an 'A', 'B' student. I think more emphasis on not tolerating bad behavior needs to be administered to these students. There needs to be a definate line drawn.....because if this type of behavior is affecting my daughter......what other children are being affected? My child is thriving at her new school. There is no tolerance for 'threatening' another student.
great school great principle, we got lucky with a small town principle in a big city school.
