Great school to teach at. Students are fun and well-behaved and the faculty is enthusiastic and enjoyable to work with.

We brought our children here from a private catholic school in Toledo. At first the kids struggled a little because of the advanced curriculum at VB but once they settled in they really seemed happier than in the Toledo school. The small town flavor of friendly people and concerned parents was quite noticable and the friends they made were less style and nitch and more helpful and long term friends. With one now in college and one a junior they have much respect for the school, the teachers, other students and the better choice shows every day in their lives. They are both proud to display their VB colors. As a parent the only compaint I have is that VB's sport programs need to develop the players sooner and better as well as give all the players equal oppertunities, the school sports tend to favor certain families and players.
