Wapakoneta city schools have a lot to be proud of. They have recently built 2 new elementary schools (2011) and remodeled their middle and high school. They offer an outstanding music/art/extracurricular menu that every student can get involved in at some level. Athletic opportunities for every sport/season is also available. Teachers/staff go above and beyond in providing a well balanced yet challenging curriculum. I am amazed at the level of technology the teachers use on a daily basis to conduct lessons. A strong point here is; your child will be technology literate for the real world when they graduate! My children were well prepared for college and my nieces and nephews are thriving at Wapak.
Wapakoneta,OH is a Great place to take ur children and raise them. You will have such fun, memorable memories there. The Middle School is really good at their academics along with extras. They are very big on sports and have many of varities of clubs to be in. The Wapakoneta High School is a Great place also to head into just after Jr. High. They just resently moved the 8th graders up into the High School because they had no place for their 5th graders anymore (long story) and I think that this was a fantastic choice; because it gets your teens ready for high school life along with the same classes and teachers that they would have gotten if in the Middle School. Thanks for reading! -Wapak Lover!-
