Mckinley is a wonderful school. My daughter has had Mrs. Todd and Mrs. Lausin so far and we have loved both of them. The principal is amazing as well. They really encourage goals to help kids strive to be their best. I could not be more pleased with this school. Thank you McKinley Elementary teachers and staff!

McKinley fosters in all of it's students responsibility, kindness, honesty, respect , and a readiness to learn. The principal is there for the students with a kind, yet firm manner which instills the respect needed for a productive and well maintained school. Educators go out of their way for their students to help them with their school success and promotes a sense of pride for their achievments. The Autism /Inclusion program is exceptional for the amount of funding that they have to work within and other hoops it has to jump through- not unlike what other schools face I'm sure. IEP's are followed with a very goal oriented approach. Other's with children with special needs in other schools whom I spoken to have commented on McKinley's program with desperate admiration. Parent's are kept well informed and are encouraged to help in the education of their children.

I have had two students in this school ( One graduated and one is currently enrolled) I also have another child that will be starting next year. The teacher/princepal involvement is awsome. I love this school.

At this time I remain highly disappointed with the school's staff's inability to follow through with discussed plans. I can not believe that these supposed educators are as careless as they are with the attending children's education. Not to mention the poor lack of disciplinary actions with violent or misbehaved children. I am appalled with the many ongoing situations at this so called place of education. I only hope that something changes for a better future for the attending children.
