Well, Frank Ohl Middle School has a wide variety of extracurricular activities for us kids to enter. Also, I think that the gifted program, that I am involved in, has a great impact on all of us. The gifted teacher is wonderful and helps us with everything we she can. There is no reason for anyone in the Austintown school district to cut out this program. Without it, the kids, like myself, would never be able to excel in a regular class. Like saying before the extra activities are a much needed thing. It helps us all form our leadership and responsibility into something wonderful and useful. Also the chorus and band programs give students great opportunities to stretch as far as they can go. We are always taught that if we strive, we can get anywhere. I do hope that everyone understands that the programs are needed for this school.

Frank Ohl has seen a vast amount of changes. The administration and front office staff are top notch. However, some teaching staff let their bias attitudes show to often and tend to be over-zealous. I disagree with the concept of no homework during study hall or homeroom.

The teachers are usually great! However, there is not alot of things for our gifted studnts and we are constantly being taken away from things we always had. The band program has gone downhill since the former director left.
