Terrible experience. Our child was bullied and injured four times by another student and nothing was ever done to prevent or even punish the other student. The teacher admitted she couldn't handle the class and said she had "rough students". The principal said he "couldn't prove it wasn't an accident". (after four times). The nurse never called me when our child went to see her after an incident. It got so bad, we pulled our child out of school and moved out of the area.
Fantastic school. Teachers that care and take the time to speak with you whenever you need them to. Parent involvement. Lots of activities to involve parents.
I love the fact that they are so really and truly concerned about the future of our children. They are all so dedicated to making sure that every child gets absolutely the very best out of every lesson that is taught. They are very caring and loving staff and I am proud that my children have been apart of this wonderful family.
Great staff and principal!
Market Street School has been an excellent school for the past 10 years according to the state indicators. With a united staff, a principal who loves children, and parents who support the school and district becoming and remaining an excellent school is understandable.
