Their curriculum is unchallenging and my children are bored with what they are being taught there. They make A's and B's without even trying. The principal and even the school superintendant are ministers and this tends to put pressure on the students to be Christians or at least attend a church to get treated with favoritism. If a student strikes another student after being bullied that student will be severely punished!

Academic programs are very challenging in some classes but tend to be very basis in some classrooms. Music, art, sports and FFA are the activities that are offered. Students find conflict in scheduling many times and are forced to be involved in only one or two activities. The level of parent involvement has increased over the past 5 years. It could still be improved as in all schools.
