The student who posted 5 stars must've been an "A" student because those are the only students the teachers care about

I went here for both my 9th and 10th grade years. I liked it at times. I was a choir nerd, and we went to many competitions and had a great director. The rest of my teachers were a bit strange, but overall, I got what I needed to know out of it.

This is one of the worst schools i have ever seen. There is almost no learning going on and most of the teachers dont even know what they are talking about.

This school's only real benefit is the fact that it leads into the Senior High. The school is drug infested, has daily fights, and a bad disciplinary system.

I loved this school and if you are above average there are really good pre-ap and ap classes with a lot of teachers who really care.

About the tests

In 2008-2009 Oklahoma used the Oklahoma Core Curriculum Tests End-of-Instruction (OCCT EOI) exams to test students in high school in several subjects. The results for reading and math are displayed on GreatSchools profiles. The OCCT EOI is a high school graduation requirement. The OCCT EOI exams are standards-based tests, which means they measure specific skills defined for each subject by the state of Oklahoma. The goal is for all students to score at or above the satisfactory level on the test.
