My daughter is a fifth grader at Highland Park. She is enjoying it very much. It's a newly built school so it is still very neat and contemporary looking. I love my daughters homeroom teacher, Ms. Choisnard. She is wonderful with Tristen and takes time to listen and seems very interested in the kids well being. The one thing that is lacking at this school is diversity. This school is in a predominantly white area so there aren't many children of color. Which makes it difficult in that there have been some instances where we have had the mean girl issues happening. But that was taken care of swiftly by Ms. Choisnoard. I can't say enough great things about her.
