I brought 3 children to this area 10 yrs ago. 1 JH age and K,& pre K, one of which w/special needs. Cherokee has embrassed my children w/open arms. Not only the academics were important but the child as a whole. The schools, teachers & students have been for the most amazing. My oldest now has a chemistry degree, I contribute to a good foundation. Special needs child has never known he was different and loved by all. Youngest will start Highschool next year and seems to have life by the tail. We are being transfered from Cherokee, the comfort and saftey of the town and schools are the hardest thing I have ever left. It is a great place to raise children in a caring enviroment. Thank you to all the teachers, students and people that have been a part of it all & for 10 yrs well spent.
