I have to keep this below 150 words so this might sound confusing. Had problems with transcript. problems with schedule. Problems with classes. Attended class but had problems with being counted absent. Some others skip and got counted present. Education taught inside the box. Tutoring barely available. Lunchtime is chaos. Most of school is closed minded. Some teachers nice and others mean but they all stick together. Discipline is biased. Students litter. School is below building code. You try best = Fail. Cheat = Pass. Some classes get to grade own papers. I could explain more but I'd run out of room.

I've never felt limited by going to such a small school because the faculty did a wonderful job at providing me with everything that I needed to make it into a prestigious college. Not only that but I never felt uncomfortable with the safety level of the school. One good thing about Durant is there really is no gang problem and I never ever felt that I might get stabbed in the hallway. I think it's security measures are a little lax, but it fits the community.

I don't feel very safe in this school. They started locking all but two of the doors are locked except the main doors in the commons. And the teachers are supposed to lock all the doors but most don't. I just don't feel very safe in this school and I've thought about switching schools twice.
