This school is horrendous. I watched it steadily decline in the four years that I attended it. I was involved in the speech and drama department, and while our trips and competitions were cut back, the school had plenty of money for new basketball and football areas and equipment. The classes are a joke and anything NOT honors-level is perfect for the football stars that the school treasures so much... teachers who read the newspaper or check their e-mail while the students do word searches or sleep. I don't mean to discriminate against coaches who are teachers, because there are plenty of great ones... but they aren't at Grove.

all grove cares about is the football program. if your not onn the football team then forget it. the teachers like to play favorites and if your a little bit different then you go unnoticed and everyone will make fun of you. im in the art program and last year we didnt even have enough money for paper and this year the whole school is out of paper. great job grove! wooohoo :(

I go to grove and it is truely cool... we have lots of places for kids to fit in because its small enough where you know almost everyone yet big enough where people can actually fit it

About the tests

In 2012-2013 Oklahoma used the Oklahoma Core Curriculum Tests End-of-Instruction (OCCT EOI) exams to test students in high school in several subjects. The OCCT EOI is a high school graduation requirement. The OCCT EOI exams are standards-based tests, which means they measure specific skills defined for each subject by the state of Oklahoma. The goal is for all students to score at or above the satisfactory level on the test.
