Wilson Elementary is a very good school, smaller class sizes, more individual teaching, An excellent tutoring programs that help the students who need a little extra time to understand certain things but doesn't cause the class as a whole to fall behind in their lessons or get bored with them and lose interest. Wilson has some of the better teachers in the state who take their jobs very seriously and care about the children in their classes. This is one school system that has cut back on some of the administration to the superintendent is also the principal and a teaches one or two classes and also a coach for High school basketball, the high school principal is also the middle school principal, back up higher math classes teacher, and coach for the high school cheerleaders . they have been pushing 4day school week to save on gas utilities, hourly staff and food...........
