Ever since my child started attending Howell, she's been the target of daily bullying. The teachers quickly got tired of hearing her daily stories of her ordeals and the situations are escalating. The principal seems unable to relate goals and standards to either students or staff. The staff ignores what goes on during recess and fail to communicate with the parent. I am taking my child out of this environment.
