I think that this is a great school due to the fact that educationaly they are challenged. And yes the teachers are vey kind so I think this is a great school.

My son attended Dunbar for K and 1st grades. I didn't feel as if he was challenged academically at all. The teachers are very caring towards the students, however they do not have the necessary equipment and materials to make the impact on the students that is needed during these important educational years. Staffing changes during these two years did not afford us the opportunity to get to know the administrative staff. For fear that he would not get what he needed at this basic level, I decided it best to move and relocate my son to another district.
