Okmulgee Primary has a great staff that loves kids. Parents are becoming more involved this year. I have family with children in this school that are very pleased with how the teachers take time to meet their needs.

My children went to these school for years. My daughter is fine. She attend a different Elementary school. My son is failing and will be held back a year because we have changed primary school. He did get all A's in Okmulgee, once you enter the real world grading is so very different that you find your children failing. I was horrified to find his enterance test to the new school showed he should start in grade one. He was in grade three. So we now have him in grade two. He has worked hard to get through this. We even had him in Sylvan so that his reading was up to snuff. 8 hours a week, 1 and 3,000 dollars later. He is still doing all he can to pass this year. Please be careful where you place your children. Be sure your child isn't being passed without true grades.
