I think Clinton is no better then it was in the late 80's to early 90's when I attended the school my son is there now being threatened by at least 5 students he is scared to even go to school and the faculty refuses to do anything about it I as the parent went up to talk with assistant principle myself and nothing is done and wont be done because they want to hide the fact that there are bullies there and try to give Clinton a good school face lift....and it is at the cost of the safety of our children in which attends the school

The faculty at Clinton is awesome. I can't think of any other school that I would want to send my child to.

Clinton offers great opportunities for both students and parents. The key to taking advantage of these opportunities lies with the individual student or parent. As a teacher at Clinton I am dismayed each year at how few parents choose to be involved in their children's educational experiences. It is little wonder then, how few students choose to become involved in the opportunites offered to them. The public school mirrors society's devaluation of discipline, respect, and civility. Clinton has an active athletics program. We have a strong and enthusiastic instrumental music program. We have a Student Council that has for the past two years been designated as a State Honor Council by the OAMJHSC. Students can receive free tutoring with transportation home, foreign language training, play chess, or participate in Academic Competition at CMS. Students produce a live TV program daily! All of this is offered - who will take it?

I am a teacher at Clinton and I have never heard of a teacher or any Clinton employee cursing children! I know our principal Laura would not allow any of that type behavior from anyone at Clinton. I have seen strict discipline of a teacher who was recently fired for getting physical with an 'unruly' student. Clinton is a good school with caring teachers. It is only due to budget cuts that we have not had some tools for discipline. That has been fixed and we look forward to the 2006-2007 school year.

It is a horrible school I had to send the police up there several times because they didnt want to take care of situations teachers throwing objects and cursing kids and those were the finer points.
