they really care and go the extra mile! and you kid will do well here with no problems the principle is strict. the teachers really care.
This school is awesome for the most part. This was my daughters first year there and she was succeeded and continues more forward while making the Honor Roll, and participating in several activities that the school offers. Hopefully the school will remain open with the current staff (minus the 6 & 7th grade Geography teacher) and students. The Vice Principals are AWESOME (special kudos to Mr Wilson). I would rate "Teach Quality" a 5, but due to one teacher the Geography teacher for the 6th grade and his lack of enthusiam, and lack of passion, unwillingness to communicate in an effective mannor and unablity to motivate deems me to lower the score, which is truly unfair to all of the other teachers and there that reach out to their students and have a passion for what they teach.
This school isn't for everybody, but my child is thriving there. The principal and teachers communicate with me regularly. If there is a problem at school. it is handled quickly. I have been pleasantly surprised by this school. There are rules to be followed, but everyone is allowed to be "themselves", which is so refreshing during the middle school years.
I sent my child to this school! The students there are very different! the teachers worked with my daughter though! She got all A's and B's maybe one C, but besides the students there i liked it!
I hate this school i came from owasso and i went here for two days and i had to get transferred it is horrible.
This is by far the worst school any of my children have ever attended. My 7th grader transfered in from an out of state school, when transferring in she had all a's and b's 1-d in math. By her next semester she had all f's. I called the school, and asked for homework, so i can see the area's she needs help in. I can't hire a tudor, or take her to the sylvan learning center if i don't know what she's doing in school. I talked to the vp, and she assured me she would send homework home, 2 weeks later still no homework. I went up to the school, where they told me to attend a parent teacher confrense. I arrived, but the teacher didn't. I called yet again, to beg for homework, 2 months later, and my daughter has never brought homework home. Find a better school!
i attend this school now and ive been to 2 schools before and neither has taught me as much as ive learned here the make assignments and projects fun but the are serious about the rules so beware if your a rule breaker
