My child has had nothing but problems every since the 2011-2012 school year started with a new principal and new school counselor. I am thinking seriously about pulling my child out and home schooling till the next school year starts. This used to be the best school, but now the school doesn't function well at all.
My daughter has been at Wright since Pre-K and now is in 3rd Grade. I love the school and the teachers, but wish parents would be more active with the PTA and projects for the kids.
My son is attending pre-k in Ms. Virden's class. He enjoys being there. I enjoy talking with both Ms. Virden and Ms. Bailey. They are open for questions and are very encouraging to me. Principal McCain is very personable and has also been very welcoming to our family. We feel right at home at Wright.
I really love this school my daughter has just finished kindergarten and i have one that will be starting pre-k next year. I think the it is the best school in tulsa when it comes to saftey. The doors are always locked during school hours.
My child has attended Wright since pre-k, goin into 3rd. This is the best school in tulsa.... Amazing teachers, just amazing....
I transferred my children here from Catoosa public schools because one of my children is deaf and Wright offers one of the few deaf ed programs in the area. This school has been a breath of fresh air after having my kids in a lesser quality school district. The teachers and staff really go above and beyond, I can't sing their praises enough!
I absolutely love this school, they work well with the parents and students achieve their fullest.
