While the PACE system might work for some students, this school has no lab facilities for exploring science in detail. English skills are moderate, and students will not be exposed to much classic literature. Math skills are possibly the only way that this system works. But all of this pales in comparison to the fundamental flaw inherent in PACE education. The complete lack of social development and teacher interaction as a result of traditional lecture-based education. You'll find that the instructors here are not knowledgeable about the subject matter. Unless you intend for your child to prepared for little more than a career of a Pastor, don't bother with this place. It's outdated, ineffective, and vastly inferior to Tulsa Public Schools even with their problems.
My son went here after attending Tulsa Public Schools all his life and he is enjoying it and loves to go to school everyday. He was an honor student in Middle School when we moved him and we were surprised when he tested here and was not at his grade level in some subjects he was making A's in at public school. He is flying through his pace books here and has none of the peer pressure he wanted to get away from in public school. You are self taught here and he hasn't had a problem with it at all.
