St. Charles Borromeo School

New administration since 2010 has breathed new life into this school! There is still much work to be done, but I now see a lot more community involvement -- more extracurricular activities (and opportunities for community-building), ongoing minor upgrades to facilities, changes to the junior high, and improved discipline (no bullies, here) are all big pluses when considering St. Charles. The teachers are top-notch, and the curriculum prepares the students for high school. The pre-K has one of the top early childhood teachers in the state, and another teacher just won the Catholic School Educator of the Year award for 2011. As a parent of a couple of kids who attend, I have seen the ups and down the last few years, and I can say that this school is definitely on the way UP!

My child is attending preschool at St. Charles and I couldn't be happier with my decision to enroll him there. The teachers, staff and principal are positive, compassionate and proactive. I can't express enough the gratitude I feel for St. Charles and how good they've been to my family.

This school is the greatest. Right now I am going to St.Charles. The teachers are nice, the food is also great. Most of my friends really like this school. I recommend this school for every child.
