I am a graduate from wayne high. I have found from my own personal experience that most of the faculty are more helpful if your parents are on the board. The english teacher; however, will help students that are struggling even if they are not in her class. There are some others like her as well, you just have to look for them. As for the principal, he's a really nice guy but he is too worried about being everyone's friend. Wayne is also more worried about getting winnning sports teams, the neglect the academics.

I feel like this school needs to focus more on teaching and guidance counseling. There is basically no leadership from the faculty except for the Ag dept and the coaches. I rate this school a 4, due to the curriculum, superintendent and extracurricular activities

On a scale of 1-10 I would rate this schools Guidance Counseling, Extracurricular Activities, and Superintendent collectively a .3 Most faculty are there for the wrong reasons and have the wrong attitude to teach well. I feel most problems are a direct reflection of the leadership there. You will learn life's basics, but not be given any tools to know how to use them.
