My child was discriminated against while attending Wister School. He was harrassed and insulted by many students because of the color of his skin. I believe Wister School is not very diverse. The Teachers are well qualified and Wister has strong extracurricular activities but the teachers fail to discipline the students.
Wister is one of the best schools I have ever attended. I am 17 years old and I have been to 18 diffrent schools of all sizes and wisters staff were more involved with every student and had a personal relationship with the student. the only thing I would like to see more is the more students go out for music and make Wister more of a well rounded and cultured school.
I fell the WIster School Staff does an excellent job. My children have done so much better the last 3 years while at Wister School.
