Foster Elementary is an excellent public school. From the moment one enters the building there a strong sense of belonging. Parents and visitors are made to feel welcome and are important members of the school community. Students and staff alike are polite and attentive to each other and their guests. A modest pride is evident throughout the building. The staff and students bring out the best in each other. Ever changing and adapting to the needs of the students, you will immediately understand Foster Elementary is a special and life changing place a place of importance, well above the norm.

This is the worst school that my children have ever attended. My son was constantly getting in trouble for things that were on he IEP that he was not capable of controlling, and my daughter went from being above grade level at the beginning of the year to below grade level in Math and at grade level in very thing else. In third grade, she was not taught multiplication, something her new school for 4th grade expected her to already know. She was even in a 3rd/4th split class! I would never enroll my children in Foster Elementary again, even if it was the last school on earth. I spent thousands of dollars on tuition to a private school so that my children would get a good start on their education, and sending my children to Foster was just a wasted year for them educationally.
