Horizon Christian School

I am a parent of a Horizon 4th grader. We chose horizon because of it's excellent fine arts program. Unfortunately, this school year has been very much a disappointment. There have been a lot of changes resulting in some excellent teachers being let go, blended classes, and cuts in the music program. It is because of this, and rising tuition, that we have made the choice not to enroll next school year.

I am a former student of Horizon Christian School. While attending high school, it was hard for me to appreciate the the time and effort that it took to keep up with the expected level of performance of a private school. I am now in college, and would like to thank Horizon for the great preparation all the teachers and staff gave to me. All of the teachers are wonderful and in addition to providing quality education, they take their own personal time to invest in the lives of their students. I am so thankful for the education and life experiences I gained at Horizon, and would recommend it to anyone seeking a quality, Christ-centered education, great friends, and a staff that really cares.
