My child has been to a couple elementary schools and I will say the Washington is the best. The teachers work great with the students and communication with the parents is outstanding. The children get so much praise. The principal is one of the best and cares so much about his students. I will make sure I live in Washingtons district just to make sure my kid goes there and nowhere else. You wont be dissatisfied!!!
Washington is such a great school. There are many caring teachers and staff. The children always impress me how polite they are. They often hold the door open for you and are very considerate. There are programs I'd like to see come back and I would love to see a spanish immersion program.
Washington is a wonderful school, with a truly amazing principal, an extremely caring teaching staff, and just an overall great sense of community. The children are absolutely lovely. However, parental involvement is low, and if anyone is considering volunteering as a SMART reader or anything, this is the school to do it at. You won't be disappointed, I promise.
