I also agree. My opinion is that it's a 'good ole boy' network where he does in fact cater to the more affluent families. Plus his wife who is a teacher at the school, gets special treatment I think.
There is no leadership in the administration. Those in charge cater and cowtow to the rich.
You are spot on. This school needs new leadership! I think the principal definitely has his favorites.
