We enrolled our son in 3rd grade to accommodate traveling out of country for work and to deal with his boredom at his old school. His grades and interest in learning skyrocketed, and he loved his experience with ORVA so much we will be continuing on not out of necessity, but by choice. ORVA provides flexibility for kids at all levels of learning. Our son reads 2 grade levels above his age level, and his math skills are very good. After his first year with ORVA, his OAKS scores were great. He likes that he is not restricted to the speed of the rest of the class to feel challenged, and has the freedom to study subjects more deeply if he chooses to. We are really pleased to have it as a free public school option.
We enrolled our son in Orva after being disappointed with our local school. This school is great! We have so much support from teachers and a great community of students and parents. Orva has exceeded my expectations and we will be enrolling our youngest son kindergarten next year.
