North Clackamas Christian is an exceptional school in that it melds higher academic standards with an environment that is conducive to learning. Just walking the halls during school hours will give any one an understanding and feel of the 'family' atmosphere that prevails with all of the students regardless of their grade levels. The extra-curricular activities are outstanding with a fantastic drama department, great band and choral programs, and athletic teams that are in the upper echelon of the State's 1A/2A classifications. Smaller class sizes not only give students the opportunities to participate in all activities but allow more individual time with the teachers. I recommend that any parent looking for a well rounded academic experience for their child take a serious look at North Clackamas Christian.

NCCS provides a family atmosphere where students are encouraged to love God, love each other, serve the world, and excel in all areas of their lives. It's a supportive environment to work in.

This school has provided wonderful learning experiences for our kids which has prepared them for well for college and beyond. The balanced education they receive in academics, athletics, the arts (full music and drama club) along with opportunities to grow spiritually make this a great all-around school for Christian education.

I love the school's philosophy of 'partnering with parents'. Children are nurtured and by highly skilled teachers. Our children have been taught to love learning!

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
