Kings Valley Charter School5

Kings Valley Charter School is a rural public charter school with the feel of a private school. The education is top notch and very personalized. Due to the small size of the classrooms, the kids are able to go outside of the classroom to learn. The school has an intimate environment that makes everyone feel as though they are a family and not a lost soul in a large crowded school. I am blessed to be a parent of a student that made it through the waiting list of hopeful future KVCS families.
I cannot say enough about this school. It has a private school level education in a "hometown" small community environment. Many volunteers and individualized learning is key here. Since we removed our kids from public school and brought them to this charter school they have blossomed. My child who public school wanted to label "special" is a grade ahead in math now. Both are exceeding on OAKS tests. I'm so happy we found this school! KVCS should be a role model for how other schools should be run....thinking of the children first and foremost.
It is small and gives the students there more individual attention than what they would recieve at a larger Public School. They are allowed to work to their potentual instead of being forced ahead or held back in learning.
