Phoenix has a lot of parental involvement. This helps keep extra curricular programs alive, such as, FFA, marching band, theater and sports. Phoenix has had to endure many staff and curriculum cuts. With out the wonderful community surrounding this school, there would be further unwanted cuts to school activities.

Mrs. Hale is AWESOME. Small school where people care. The Advisory system is a blessing. Great job PHS!

Great small-school atmosphere. Most teachers really connect with their students. New principal is very energetic and involved with activities and planning. Only drawback is drug/smoking activity in nearby neighborhood.
