Our son started at Creston this year and we are happy with the welcoming atmosphere and excellent principal. Our son has learned so much in kindergarten and now can read simple books. He participates in art and PE classes. We are pleased by the diversity of the student body. We encourage more of the neighborhood parents to send their kids to Creston! We had the opportunity to send our son to Richmond but we are happy we chose Creston instead.
Creston School is a wonderfully diverse community with a fantastic staff and parent group. We have been thrilled with the focus on literacy and a strong math program. Our children have the opportunity to go to a variety of specialists such as Art, P.E., and Technology. Mr. McKean and his staff have created a safe place for all kids to learn and grow.
Great neighborhood school, very involved PTA, nice program offerings, friendly staff. Good to know we can be here through 8th grade!
I love the family-like feel, the creative arts programs, and the teachers are awesome and really caring!
We love Creston because the community has been so welcoming! We also love Creston because the staff is so amazing. They really care about the students and families, wanting the best for each and every one. It has been an A+ experience for our entire family!
Neighborhood school that educates the kids it has better than other school in the area.
So far all of the educators that my daughter has had contact with have exceeded our expectations. Creston was not our first choice but after the first week of kindergarten we decided to decline our acceptance to Buckman. We are glad we did not win the lottery right away as we would not have had a chance to see Crestons true qualities! Shawn and Maureen C.
Great teachers and principal, PTA, peaceful neighborhood, 2 playgrounds (adjacent to a lovely park), safe, reading garden, school garden, PE & art, electives for middle school kids, and the list goes on. . .
