East Sutherlin Primary School

The system protects bad teachers and like everywhere else, there are a few to avoid here, but there are a ton of great ones at East School. They are interactive, supportive and welcome parent involvement. Our son loves school and the many extracurricular activities it offers. The principal, Ken Hart, leads by example and we are very happy with his leadership and the quality people we've met so far.

we moved her the last 6 weeks of last year and this school turned my son around... he loves school and his teacher and this year is starting out very well too. I'm very much with the teachers and there wa of interacting with the kids. Positive re_enforcement ... they've been awesome!

This school lacked in the quality of leadership in teaching children values. The education was marginal. The minimum was done by the teacher we had. Send them to Oakland if possible.

I love it, we love the staff and everything. Last year we did have some issues with the teacher but we made it, and now my daughter is enjoying going to school every day. I love being there so much that I am now subbing as a Teachers Aide.
