The West Linn-Wilsonville school district would be very foolish to close this school. It has outstanding staff, an excellent learning environment, and focuses on the success of its students. They provide learning opportunities that engage teenage learners. Not everyone wants to (or should) attend a huge high school where the focus is on the football team and cheerleading squad. We need more schools like ArtTech in this country. Creativity, passion, and interest in the world are hallmarks of the world's greatest leaders and innovators. Da Vinci was not the star quarterback of the high school football team. Madame Curie was not a cheerleader. And Nelson Mandela never attended a prom. This school provides the right environment for our next Leonardo, Nelson, and Marie to prosper!

This is the first school that my son actually, liked. He is doing great academically and socially at Art Tech. I highly recommend this school for the great teachers, leadership, program, and individual attention.
