Making time for family meals

How regular sit-down meals can bring families closer together.

     

    Children who have regular meals with their family do better in school and in life. Parents can use mealtime to talk about their child's interests, ask about what’s on the child’s mind, and what the child learned during the school day. The video is most appropriate for parents of kids in second grade, third grade, and fourth grade.
