Read Moral Revolution: The New Moral Revolution by Kris Vallotton. Parents, educate yourselves with what God intended sex for and then educate your children on the matter in its purest form. Just as God had designed it to be, PURE!

School is not the appropriate place for children to be learning about sex. Sex was designed by God and so I believe that sex should be taught in a Godly manner with God's intentions portrayed. Health Class is not where sex is being taught properly!

Only the very basics as relate to the functionality of human anatomy. Schools have been robbing parents of the moral aspect to this responsibility and cheating our children for several decades. The result? growing teen pregnancies and std's.

YES!!! The more EDUCATION, INFORMATION, and KNOWLEDGE the better. There is too many STD's and teen pregnacies out there already. The more schools and parents can educate their children the less diseases and accidents will occur.
Knowledge is power

Definitely, but there should be complete transparency with parents (in advance) about what the class will cover and how. I shudder to think how many kids aren't learning the facts!

Yes, but parents should also have a conversation with their kids to prepare them for the content of the class.

LOL yes.
It's funny to watch everyone else and the teachers make a simple subject awkward.

being in middle school we have about a week of sex ed every year. like in 6th grade it was stds, 7th grade safe sex and how the female body works, and 8th grade consequences of sex. I think the kids think its funny/amuzing, but we get alot out of it
