Kids are dying because of it. Schools/Parents/Bullies need to be accountable. Law requires kids be in school so it's their job to keep kids safe 8-2pm

ALL should be held responsible, but mostly the student doing the "bullying". They ought to learn the consequences of their actions now while young.

Schools should have a written policy about "bullying" in their Handbook that parents and students agree to.

If it happens on school grounds the school should be held fully responsible.

I agree with jakesjag. It is the school's responsibility as well as the parents.

They should but parents also need to be responsible to listen to the teacher and work as a team to teach their child not to bully.

They should be held to the fullest. When a bully sees a school allowing their bully to continue it only make matters worse.
