Schools absolutely are responsible for putting a stop to bullying.

Anything that occurs on their property - and that includes school buses - is the school's responsibility.

They do have a responsability to provide a strict no bullying policy & they hold a responsability to hold up to it. The Student & their Paretns also.

Kids bully because there are no serious consequences for their actions. A step by step process in place by both the school and police would stop it!

The biggest disgrace in the schools today is the way it allows bullying. When are they going to wake up?

My son is already being bullied in Kindergarten. The schools should be held 100% responsible. It will only get worse if they don't address it at once!

Full extent if you ask me. The schools staff should be educated in the signs of a bully or a student getting bullyed. The faculity are responsible for our children while they are there. Just as parents are fully responsible for them at home the staff are responsible for them at school. We parents trust those who are caring for our children while they are in school and if we cant trust them who do we trust? When they are aware of bullying or or any other form of hate, they need to step in and do whatever is necessary to control it even if that means calling the police. Bullying is a crime and just as a shoplifter is punished so should the bully. It breaks my heart everytime I hear of another death related to bullying. I also believe it starts in the home with parents teaching morals.
