what to do about bullying

my son has been bullied and assaulted by the same kid for at least three months. the teacher knows, the pricipal knows, but the bullying and assaults continue. what do i do.

When during the day is this happening? At lunch? At recess? I would let them know exactly when it's happening and ask them then - what will they do about it?? If they do nothing or do nothing that proves to be effective, I'd get a lawyer to write a letter to the principal and the principal's supervisor explaining that you will be suing for tuition to private school for the coming year as your son's school is not safe for him to attend.81399

I am so sorry to hear your son is going through this.
It's important to remember, even principals have bosses. Contact your school district offices and ask to speak to someone in charge of school safety and let them know your concerns.
If that person does not make any effort to help, you can ask to speak to the Superintendent of schools or even contact your school board.
Your child's safety comes first.
